Information collected
The tattoo request form collects the details you choose to provide: your name, email, phone number, optional Instagram username, your project description and any reference or placement images you attach. The contact form collects your name, email and message.
How your information is used
Your details are used only to review your tattoo request, respond to you, and plan and schedule your project. They are not sold, rented or used for advertising.
Where submissions are stored
This site is in its first release and no submission database is connected yet. Requests submitted through the form are stored in your own browser so you can review what you entered, and are not transmitted anywhere. Until that changes, please also reach out by email so your request is received.
Images you send
Reference and placement photos are used to plan your tattoo. Photographs of finished work are only published with the client's permission.
Age requirement
Tattoo requests are accepted from clients who are 18 or older, and confirmation of age is required in the request form.
Deposit and cancellation policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
Accepted payment methods
Cash and Zelle are preferred. Venmo and credit cards are also accepted. Contact Juan for current details on how the deposit itself should be paid.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site. Local browser storage is used only to save your in-progress request form so you don't lose your work.
